OneHR is streamlining human resources processes to ensure timely completion of job design and talent acquisition. We are reducing duplication of work and ensuring cost-savings across the common system in the following areas:

- Our Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

The current expected annual volume is 3,519 for Job Classification (JC) and 2,600 for Reference Verification (RV). In the 2018/2019 period, OneHR expects an increase in participating organizations and case volume. With the operationalization of consultant pools to support the increase in service volume, OneHR is well positioned to keep pace with projected increases. To monitor the balance of supply and demand, the team has developed a model for tracking case volume and capacity requirements on a dynamic basis.

Testimonials from our partners

"At UNDP, we believe that working as joined up UN entities is essential to achieve the 2030 sustainable development goals. UNDP is a decentralized organization operating in 165 developing countries and over 500 office locations. We recruit expertise from around the world and are proud of our multi lingual international workforce. In 2017 we screened over 300,000 job applications, of which 90% were for positions in the field. Considering these volumes and the extent of our distributed operations, OneHR is essential for our success. Not only does OneHR allow us to standardize and reduce duplication of work, it is also an opportunity for UNDP to contribute to UN Management Reform as outlined by the Secretary-General. With a focus on professionalization and support from a state-of-the-art IT system, we consider OneHR well positioned to lead this transformation. We are proud to have OHR pioneering this cutting edge inter-agency effort, and hope to set an example which others can follow."

Susan McDade

Assistant Administrator and Director of the Bureau for Management Services
United Nations Development Programme

“UNV has recently gone through a major restructuring process, during which job descriptions for around 100 positions were redesigned and submitted to the Classification Unit. The classification process has been remarkably efficient: in the course of less than one month, the Classification Unit reviewed, provided advice and classified all the job descriptions, significantly contributing to the timely completion of the next phases of the change process in UNV. The Classification Unit helped us make it happen.”

"We at UNCDF are highly satisfied with the job classification services provided by OneHR. We always receive prompt response and attention to our cases and queries. Our colleagues are thorough professionals and we look forward to continuing this relationship."

"Joining OneHR provides UNHCR the opportunity to align our reference verifications with other UN agencies. In addition to access to a large database of UN referenced candidates, the standardizations ensure the verifications meet the necessary requirements for UNHCR recruitment. OneHR is a cost-efficient and progressive solution for UNHCR’s recruitment processes."
